Our team performance process begins with a detailed team audit that includes an interview with the team leader, administration of individual leadership assessments to all team members, completion of our tailored team performance survey, and interviews with all team members. Our team audit is followed by a high-impact and comprehensive team coaching session (or process) that addresses key findings and introduces recommended team performance tools, techniques, and exercises that realign and empower members.
